Don't give up on Titegroup just yet it's a great powder. I'd also recommend Ramshot's True Blue, shoots great, clean, meters great and inexpensive.

I like faster burning powders gaming and regular range use. A lot depends of course on powder availability. Titegroup and Clays are two great.
A chamfer/deburr tool from Brownells is crucial for loading new brass. If you're using brand new brass, managing the belling/crimping process is critical. Loading new necessitates sizing and chamfer the case. A new case will have a jagged mouth which can create problems when you seat the bullet, so you'll need to smooth out the sharp edges.
All the powders you list are good performers in the 9mm from midrange to just into +P. W231 has a slight edge if you are shooting lighter than midrange loads. WSF is another good choice, quickly becoming my fav, but I have a hard time letting go of Unique.
